Correcting my last edit of this highway to be under construction as this was recently closed August 13 but I see that it will reopen when construction is complete.

There are access signs in both directions that show access allowing electric or destination vehicles only. However, as no electric vehicles access tag, only under discussion in Wiki, therefore set to no access restrictions to allow routing.

Removed access restrictions per GPS traces, local knowledge and consistency with surrounding roads.

Assigned junction=circular which aligns to the wiki guide covering hamburger junctions. Local knowledge also subscribed to this update. This should improve guidance for drivers that go around the circle as opposed to straight through.
