Changed the intersection segment to bi directional to avoid directionalty errors at the junction as the streetside shows its a junction connecting multiple one way roads.

Extended Residential Road: Rue Maurice Grimaud to Avenue de la Porte de Montmartre based on the BDOrtho IGN aerial imagery and added a connection to Boulevard Ney.
