The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

This section of the Baden Powell Trail is shown with a special darker red line, whose meaning I can't find. But this section of the trail is just normal trail and should not be specially flagged. Case in point: maps.me, which uses OSM, shows this section of the trail as non-existent (or, rather, doesn't show this section of the trail). I walked this trail today and so know that this section of the trail is perfect.
