Merced Pass Trail minor adjustments, access

Red Peak Pass (should north side also have name?) access and route, mostly on south part. South side switchbacks were translated east according to both visual and GPS aggrigate.

Our way, unnamed lake down to Merced. Some of this trail is pretty rough, but only one single spot is actually hard to see route and that's because of a downed tree.

Yosemite side of Post Peak Pass, access and such. Flowlines for the lakes. No, there's no intermittent stream through the constant lake.

Trail over Post Peak. Extravagantly built on climb on west side of pass. Access and nudges and visibility. Gets tough right at start in meadows.

Access added and a couple route nudges for loop by Lillian Lake. Trail visibility from Strava use.

Fixing trails from Fernandez Pass to Post Peak Trail junction, and touched trail south. BIG CHANGES to Rainbow and Flat Lake trails based on Strava Heat! They were FS lines before.

Fixing up trails to chain lakes. Visibility based on people are walking it, so may be wrong. Formerly missing trail given lesser visibility. Flowlines across lakes.

Cleaning up some lakes with flowlines. Improved some streams, but the NHD data is so bad, sometimes I have no clue what it is trying to show. Too many big uphill segments.

Access and whatnot from Fernandez Pass to junction with Merced Pass Trail. Yes, trail to Breeze Lake really needed a fix although the crux of getting there was marked.
