Ryan Creek

Added portion of McKay north of Myrtle and adjusted some tags.

Approximate bounary for McKay Community Forest. There is a separate portion to the north still to do. Using Humboldt County shape files for reference, but they are only for phase I and definitely inaccurate.

Trying to make sense of Cummings Road. County road 4J100 (Cummings Road) is only 1.63 miles long and probably shouldn't be "tertiary", nor should a lot of other stuff in this area.

Added a couple roads south of McKay Community Forest that may be partly part of the easement the county bought. Nudged a few roads into alignment. A few "residental" roads are actually driveways.
