Added a small house and old water works.

This bridge fell down in the storm last week and it will take months to repair it. I marked it as not accessible. Please verify that this is correct.

Added a trail that crosses a manbuilt canal (it goes underground at this point). Didn't mean to change the canal, please verify it looks OK.
