As far as I can tell, the edits were pure advertising for an online business with no physical presence.

I drive past one of the supposed locations on a regular basis. The building they placed the node on is a government office, and everything else in the area is either governmental, or is a private residence. I checked the aerial imagery for a number of other locations, and they appeared to have similar issues: empty fields, or housing developments, or other clearly-not-a-business situations. I also checked the website being linked to, and didn't see mention of physical locations.

Since this did not appear to be a misguided attempt to map a business, I deleted the edits.
