Hello! It is not about the data but about the way the keys are written. As far as I know, there was once a project that used measuring devices to collect water depths in the sea. Perhaps you could ask there how these values can be entered in a meaningful way. See osm.wiki/OpenSeaMap#History_and_fundamentals

Data from the original source are not useful at first, as no one can interpret them meaningfully. However, there is nothing to be said against transferring values to the correct OSM keys: e.g. source:url = https://runap.parquesnacionales.gov.co/area-protegida/1000 instead of URL_FUENTE = https://runap.parquesnacionales.gov.co/area-protegida/1000
