Jeśli chodzi o tę drogę (wzdłuż granicy poligonu do jego końca), to nie jestem pewny, niedawno zmienionego [1], tagu "access=no". Niby na wjeździe, od strony ronda, jest tablica że teren wojskowy, ale...
1. Biegnie tędy szlak turystyczny (lub 2);
2. Wielokrotnie widziałem biegających, jeżdżących na rowerach i samochodami osobowymi (np. na strzelnicę);
3. Inne tablice, że teren wojskowy, ustawione są właściwie wzdłuż granicy widocznej na mapie OSM;
4. Na końcu granicy (przy node/13114783302) nie ma podobnego znaku mówiącego o tym, że ten odcinek to teren bazy.
