Where cycling on the carriageway is only allowed in the oneway direction, "oneway:bicycle=no" is wrong. And "cycleway=opposite_track" is rendered like "cycleway=opposite", which generally indicates, that there is no special track or lane.

oneway:bicyle=no würde bedeuten, dass auf der Fahrbahn gegen die Einbahnrichtung geradelt werden dürfe. Hier ist aber nicht opposite_lane, sondern opposite track. Falsch gerendert wird aber wahrscheinlich auch das (semi-)korrekte Tagging.
