| 97842907 | almost 5 years ago | Hi, welcome to OSM. Thank you for your edit, you are correct that there is no connection here for motor vehicles, however imagery shows that there is a path linking the two roads indicating there is a connection for pedestrians and most likely cyclists. The two roads should be connected with a path. Please remember that OSM is used for very mny modes of transport and you should not assume it is only for motor vehicles. Cheers Phil |
| 97553753 | almost 5 years ago | Hi, your edits are very spaced out suggesting that you are not working from local knowledge and that these are part of an organized edit. Please respond to comments made and follow the guidelines in https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines What is the purpose of your project? As has already been pointed out to you, deducing speed limits from GPS data is prone to error as can clearly clearly be seen in this edit. Where are you sourcing GPS data from? In the case of this edit, mapping a 60 mph limit passing a school should have set alarm bells ringing as it did for me. A quick glance at the imagery shows the expected change of limit. Checking such things should be second nature to someone who drives in the UK. osm.org/edit?editor=id&way=84866490#map=21/52.05296/-4.32292 Please update your profile and follow organised editing guidelines and ensure that your work is accurate. | 97317775 | almost 5 years ago | Hi, Greyfriars Road has no lane markings so tagging it as having lanes is not really appropriate. It should really be residential. Cheers Phil |
| 96276632 | almost 5 years ago | This edit makes perfect sense. The site has been under used as a car park for a number of years since the demolition of Granby Halls. It is being redeveloped as a hotel. Cheers Phil |
| 97113048 | almost 5 years ago | However a PROW should be tagged as foot=yes, it is not permissive as it is a legal right of way. |

| 96605947 | almost 5 years ago | Hi, you are still making these very spread out speed limit edits and have yet to answer previous comments. You are also still making the error of spitting speed limits on junctions. For example osm.org/edit?editor=id#map=19/51.03166/-2.45097 clearly shows where the speed linit changes. However the edits you are making are look suspiciously like an organised edit
Please read and comply with https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines Cheers Phil |
| 97120350 | almost 5 years ago | The name of the school is already in the correct place on the grounds. It should not be duplicated on the building. Diolch Phil |

| 97048530 | almost 5 years ago | Hi, welcome to OSM and mapping in The Shire. One small thing, the entire area is not a building. I can see that it includes the car park for example. The best fix is to remove the building tag and trace the pub building and tag it as building=pub. No need to move the name, we are generally coming to the view that the pub is the entire area, building, garden and car park. Cheers Phil |
| 96984595 | almost 5 years ago | Hi Jim
Welsh names in England are verifiable by usage by native speakers, many are verifiable by road signs within Wales or by display boards on trains. Topographical features are verifiable through usage and sourced from open and out of copyright data. HTH Phil |
| 96854873 | almost 5 years ago | Could be industrial but more likely commercial but certainly not farmland. If not sure I would simply align the farmland to its new boundary and leave this area clear of landuse so that it can be filled in later. Cheers Phil |
| 96984595 | almost 5 years ago | Hi, welcome to OSM. In OSM we add things that are verifiable on the ground. This appears to be just a translation of the English words so really does not belong in OSM. Cheers Phil |

| 96696278 | almost 5 years ago | Again, public_transport=station does not seem right on a long gone station. |
