| 91995019 | about 5 years ago | In the countries where those languages are spoken I would expect to see the Wikipedia tags pointing to articles in those languages. The languages you have listed are not the languages of Wales. Wikipedia can do what it likes however this is about openstreetmap tagging and osm handles these tags just fine. |
| 91995019 | about 5 years ago | IMHO the tags wikipedia:en and wikipedia:cy and equally valid and have the advantage that a native who wishes to read about their country in its native should not have to go to wikipedia via a foreign language.
The wiki is intended to document mapping practice, not dictate it. |

| 91787659 | about 5 years ago | Hi
They are a very common feature in most UK towns and villages.

| 91531524 | about 5 years ago | These crossings are part of a traffic light controlled junction, they are certainly not pelicans. Pelicans are on demand crossings for pedestrians and most notably have a flashing green man/amber phase. Cheers Phil |
| 91467674 | over 5 years ago | I have changed this to greengrocer which is a valid preset. Please let the editor guide you. Veg is unlikely to be understood by non-english users of the database. Cheers Phil |

| 90379935 | over 5 years ago | They should not be tagged as fast food, they are not retail outlets. Fast food to a map user means I can go there to order a takeaway on their way home and they will be disappointed if they can't. I tend to ignore those businesses in fhrs which are not verifiable. Cheers Phil |
| 90379935 | over 5 years ago | Are there really so many fast food outlets in an industrial area? I cannot imagine enough people wandering into an industrial estate on their way home from the pub. Cheers Phil |
| 90477805 | over 5 years ago | Crossings do not render on the standard carto, I am baffled by that decision. They do show on the cycle layer changeset/90477805#map=19/52.70806/-2.73849&layers=C and http://map.atownsend.org.uk/maps/map/map.html#zoom=20&lat=52.7078081&lon=-2.738469 which is a more UK friendly render. Cheers Phil |
| 90477805 | over 5 years ago | Hi, the crossing was already in the database. I have updated the tags to indicate that it is a pelican. Cheers Phil |
| 90368897 | over 5 years ago | Hi, thank you for your addition but please take your time and do a bit more than the absolute minimum and improve the map by looking after the existing features. You have drawn your road over the top of an existing wood, it is clear from imagery that the wood is now smaller, please take care and fix it. The footpath has been incorporated into the pavement, so should now join the road. Cheers Phil |
| 90361472 | over 5 years ago | The best tag we have for collectables/vintage is antiques. Cheers Phil |
| 90364727 | over 5 years ago | Phil Perks is already mapped. Is it really a convenience shop? The name suggest it is a butchers. Cheers Phil |
| 90305056 | over 5 years ago | I will do.
Cheers Phil |
| 90305056 | over 5 years ago | Are you sure about this? The majority of road names seen to be in French. The wiki page does say that the tag does not make sense in multilingual regions. Cheers Phil |
| 90299032 | over 5 years ago | Hi
When you add nodes within a building is a bit of a black art but in this case I would put the name/amenity tags on the building and not include a node. Cheers Phil |
