Park is gagged as "Duggan" with two Gs, off-leash area is tagged as "Dugan" with one G, which is right?

Aerial imagery suggests most of this block, except for two buildings closest to corner of George and Nelson, has been demolished. Is that accurate? Is anything being built in its place?

Footway here is blatantly wrong; but footway continues behind woods. Please get a GPX trace of the pathway here so it can be properly traced.
