No reply to my changeset comment. This guest house can not be in its correct location, has no identifying information and from its location is more likely to be a hotel or hostel. On balance I have decided to delete it.

Road connecting Reid and Salisbury is a narrow laneway or alley

Deleted the newer as duplicate, copied capitalisation and hours to the older node. The newer node was 30m south of the older node, I don't know which location was more accurate.

Renamed as Callaghan Park Racecourse. Removed other language names, they were descriptions, removed tourism=attraction and replaced with leisure=track sport=horse_racing

Existing node marks what looks like a causeway. Add unmaintained track. Move existing node Мост (Russian for bridge) to track/river intersection. Tag as embankment.
