surveyed the area for info on fire hydrant #2995865 and around here is another one that also has a sign next to itself that looked like what StreetComplete shows on the question "What diameter is specified on the sign for this fire hydrant?"
The hydrants look fairly similar, but I have no expertise to make sure I would know what to look for exactly.
