Hello, Welcome to OpenStreetMap (OSM)! Thanks for editing the map and adding your clinic, we appreciate it. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to use Google Maps when editing OSM, and you cite this as a source - which is kind of puzzling, why would you need to cite an external source when it is your clinic? The reason we can't use Google Maps is Google's terms of use. Also, somehow your clinic was made part of the nearby Triangle Park, and the Galloping Goose Regional Trail. It should be mapped as a stand-alone node/point.

The issue isn't whether this edit reflects reality or not, nor whether you can find a source with an OSM-compatible license that supports the edit, but rather whether or not this edit violated the Google Maps terms of use by using it to improve OSM.
