| 123871943 | over 3 years ago | Hi folks FYI - Phone numbers in Australia should be added to OSM according to the following format with the country code +61 x xxxx xxxx, (+61 xxx xxx xxx for mobiles) or use the phone:AU key if a 1300 or 1800 number as per the wiki guidelines osm.wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines/Australian_features To get the + symbol on a mobile device numeric keypad I reckon you will need to do a LONG press on the zero.

over 3 years ago | Hi folks, the underpass looks to be a bit further north than your location plus there are conflicting tags on bits of the underpass. Can bikes use the underpass? if so make the entire length a path with the required user tags rather than a footway.
over 3 years ago | Good to see more buildings being added. You can also be more specific in their use by tagging as detached house (if a standalone residence). You can also merge address nodes to the building by selecting both and using the C key in the ID editor.

over 3 years ago | Hi Folks - I noticed some sections of pathway are listed with surface=yes - this is not a normal surface tag. Any chance you check the details?

over 3 years ago | Thanks for editing those buildings to a better outline. You can also 'square' the corners of buildings using the Q key on your keyboard
over 3 years ago | Its best to edit existing buildings rather than delete and redraw - that way the history of the object is not lost.
over 3 years ago | No worries. Have fun mapping. I am also in the process of mapping Lauderdale… good imagery makes it so much easier. osm.org/#map=18/-42.89477/147.49780
over 3 years ago | Please swap to BING imagery - its much better in Hobart. Most of these buildings you will need to go back and realign to the better imagery
over 3 years ago | Please change to Bing Imagery as its so much better in Hobart. Lots of these buildings will need to be edited to align them with the best imagery.
