over 2 years ago | Hi Jamang1999 - you appear to be using some custom imagery that we dont have permission to use. Can you confirm if a waiver has been signed for use of this imagery? If not, we will need to revert all the changes in your most recent changesets.

over 2 years ago | Welcome to OpenStreetMap - Nice work on the buildings but its best to edit existing building outline instead of deleting and redrawing (saves the history that way). You can also use the Q key after assigning a building which will 'square' the building corners. Have fun mapping!
| 139014108 | over 2 years ago | Hi folks FYI - Phone numbers in Australia should be added to OSM according to the following format with the country code +61 x xxxx xxxx, (+61 xxx xxx xxx for mobiles) or use the phone:AU key if a 1300 or 1800 number as per the wiki guidelines osm.wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines/Australian_features To get the + symbol on a mobile device numeric keypad I reckon you will need to do a LONG press on the zero. (I am on IOS but I think this works)

over 2 years ago | Hi Toddletoon - It seems there are lots of cojoined units which you are spotting in Burnie. You should really split the buildings and then add the unit numbers to each. This is what you are seeing in lots of instances. Not really weird, but you can see the unit numbers in LIST Topographic

over 2 years ago | I am curious about the track that you added with the tagging that allows motor vehicles to get to Montgomery Beach. How do they get there from the road network?
over 2 years ago | Private information should not be added to OpenStreetMap - I have removed the name in this instance, but I have added the address.
over 2 years ago | Unfortunately you have lost all the address data for the campsite. Its always best to update an existing object rather than just delete and redigitise. I will edit the object and put all the address data back.
over 2 years ago | Maybe you meant highway=trailhead
over 2 years ago | I am curious - some of these viewpoints are just at the ends of roads or start of tracks? Have you been to all these locations?
over 2 years ago | It was the original editor but I have updated those features.
over 2 years ago | Thanks for the updates - in OSM we add phone numbers with full international codes. I will update these businesses and you can check how its done. osm.wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines/Australian_features
over 2 years ago | Nice work - "dams" on farms are tagged as reservoirs. If you can see the actual dam works that make the dam wall then that can be tagged as a dam. Hit the I button next to the tag for more information on tags. Cheers
over 2 years ago | Nice work - thanks for the updates. Always good to have some locals on board.
over 2 years ago | Nice work - you can also use the Q key after assigning a building tag. This will square the corners of the buildings (given most buildings are square)
over 2 years ago | Welcome to OSM - have fun mapping your property!
over 2 years ago | Thanks for those edits. The Guide association actually own that paddock - its just leased for horse agistment so technically still the same property. Its also best to edit an existing object rather than delete and start again. In that way the history of edits are preserved. In this case you could have reduced the area of the camp and then created the paddock. I also removed the name on the paddock as things like that are normally not named. Cheers
over 2 years ago | Thanks for the updates (7MB local)
over 2 years ago | When adding buildings its useful to use the Q key after assigning them as buildings. This will "square' the corners (given most buildings have square corners). Its also best practice to keep the area of your changesets small - in this case you have edited in both TAS and NSW. It would be better to have done them as separate changesets.
