Hi folks FYI - Phone numbers in Australia should be added to OSM according to the following format with the country code
+61 x xxxx xxxx, (+61 xxx xxx xxx for mobiles) or use the phone:AU key if a 1300 or 1800 number.
For freecall numbers that work whilst overseas (ie 13 13 13) use +61 XX XX XX
as per the wiki guidelines osm.wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines/Australian_features - I have just updated a recent addition that you made to OSM – Cheers

No worries - feel free to add the northern path - just watch out for levels and try not to snap to the bridge area.

No, the launceston imagery in that list is NOT the imagery in LISTMAP. Zoom in to Launceston in OSM and then check the imagery in the Background listing. There is imagery from 2011 and 2013

Thats not the point - you are using copyright imagery that has not been authorised for use in OpenStreetMap

131438988 almost 3 years ago

We still don’t have permission to use that imagery in OSM.

Please be aware that LISTMAP is copyright data and not allowed to be used for OSM editing

I think I will swap them back (along with some others you changed) as they dont seem to fit the Australian Tagging Guidelines. osm.wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines/Roads

Hardly a freeway/motorway with a speed limit of 70Kmh and a tidal flow system during peak hours!

Nice mapping but make sure to use the Q key to 'square' the corners of buildings before uploading

Thanks Ant - I suspect folks are just concerned that the community cant verify what sort of permissions have been granted, for what sort of feature edits/digitising. Without seeing the actual permissions/licencing, we cant tell if your edits fit within the permissions granted to OpenStreetMap (not your company/Project). We will await the documentation but until then it would be wise to limit your edits as it would be a large effort to revert lots of changesets, especially if it takes some time and other folks edit your changes.
