Tertiary roads are usually through roads and feeders to other areas, The tagging guidelines can be helpful for this - osm.wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines/Roads I have updated the road. To get the + symbol on a mobile device numeric keypad I reckon you will need to do a LONG press on the zero.
