Moving 55mph sign to correct location

Despite the "block" node, today directions tried to route me from south plymouth to West, which is impossible. Disconnecting the segments so that routing hopefully won't happen.

2nd try for skyway...not working

This is a skyway and doesn't connect to the footpath below. Trying to tag it correctly so that it doesn't interfere with the paths below, but even the example Bridge of Sighs in Oxford has crossing errors

The footpath stops at Museum Dr and doesn't cross the railroad. There is a path beside the Cartersville FD from Erwin, so I left that there

Street signs say Museum Dr, not Railroad Dr

Adding S Wall St

Connecting Wall St to footpaths. Renaming S Wall St to S Museum Dr. The street signs indicate Wall St is the parking aisle in front of the stores. The street is Museum.
