This is incorrect. The Indian - Tibetian border is not based on any agreement but has multiple claim lines based on Indian, Tibetian and Mainland China perspective.
This borderline is part of the '1959 Chinese claim line' and can't by OSM standard be called a definitive border. It does immense disservice to the community efforts and takes away credibility of yeomen service rendered by many
