It is interesting taking walks about the area, doing GPS traces and confirming the little by ways and steps that exist. I am still learning the tags and how to find them more easily. For example, I am not quite sure how to tag a closed area as a building, which a community centre.

I also notice that the light house at the end of Cremorne Point that is marked in, but it is like a node in a closed way that has been tagged. Odd. I have the Location reference aimed at it, if any one can describe how this works. ;-)

Anderson Park, Neutral Bay, NSW, Australia

I have begun to focus on this park and it's surrounds, coming to understand the subtle features and how they are mapped. I have added in two extra footpath entrances to the park.

The edge of the park is currently mapped a little too far in from the road, but not really a major drama, though I did move the boundary near the toilets I have added in.

My firsts steps in mapping

I've added in a missing lane, a fire station, a parking lot and some other stuff to help with the mapping of Neutral Bay, NSW, Australia. Using the OSM iPhone app is oddly fun, especially watching the GPS traces appear on the map to help lock in the location of things.
