Looking at Strava heatmap, the definitive route of HILM6 is almost completely blank while the upper track has a decent amount of usage, so my guess would be the track is essentially already being used as the BR. Once this application is approved, the current bridleway needs to be removed and the PRoW tags moved to the track. |
