The edits made by you seem to attract errors due to the connection misses happened in between the nodes of created segments and their parent segments.
Also the classification of segments seem new to us.
Could you please share few insights on the sources of your edits.?

According to the on field support data and street view of 2015, we were able to understand that this particular trail is not favorable for motor vehicles to pass, please suggest the proper edit in case this is erroneous. Thanks.
