paths here have been changed from what's marked. Not certain about what's new or not though. There's also a new playground being built near the south side

the overhead footpath has been torn up for construction and there are no plans to reinstall it afaik since the city is replacing the entire intersection[1][2]. you can see that the overpass is gone on recent satellite images[3]

The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.
