Our drivers are consistently facing issues near this location, with the available resources we couldn't determine the reason behind driver problems. At this point there is street sign which says "NO MOTOR VEHICLES, PLAY STREET SUNRISE TO SUNSET, EXCEPT FOR ACCESS". Please let us know the correct procedure to tag above condition in OSM.

Our drivers are facing issues with one-way direction of this road. We do not have any street side and sat images are blurry to add directions to Talland Hill . It would be great to have a local mapper with sufficient ground knowledge looking into this.

Is it okay to turn left in this intersection? Please share ground truth/practices on this particular legal median. We couldn't find anything related to combination of hashed lines and double solid lines in Illinois driver manual.

I have added one way directions based on street sign. But, there is an exception present for authorised vehicles, which I'm not aware of, if you have sufficient knowledge please go ahead and edit it accordingly.
