According to the latest update on https://www.hillsboro-oregon.gov/our-city/departments/public-works/projects-bids/jackson-school-rd this page road closure is now limited between NE Evergreen Road and Northeast Harewood Street and road is only closed to thru traffic. Locals can still access the road. Hence access=no is not the right tag in this scenario. With the current edits you have completely blocked access into newly constructed roundabout and Northeast Harewood Place. Sign board says "no motor vehicles accept for access" ideal access tag in this case should be motor_vehicle=destination. Please refer to this wiki for more details. access=*. We have modified motor vehicle access in this changeset: 105038296
