Slight way realignment along capitol mall - rendering made it look wavy when it's pretty straight on the ground (the lanes shift a bit to accommodate bike lanes, but the road is relatively straight). Also some pedestrian infra and removed old grass

Converting numerous simple service roads to parking aisles, with splits when parking starts near Fair Oaks and Howe. Density of roads was overemphasized and this should appropriately tag them.
