Change Water Street back to being split into North and South. The USPS takes "Water Street" to be both North and South, just overlapping address ranges, so I guess that's what it should be.

Add etymology for the Doc and Merle Watson Highway's name.

Properly use the loc_name=* tag for the Benny Parsons Highway and Doc and Merle Watson Highway designations. They're even rarely used by residents in these areas, mostly just as a commemorative/memorial name.

Map the Appalachian 105 parking lot. Reclassify High School Drive and Temple Drive.
