Clean up the Living Learning Center a little, add missing metadata, fix up some paths near it.

Add the ASU Living Learning Center, both up and down.

Add the bus stop at Mountaineer Hall.

Added some metadata to the Waffle House on Blowing Rock Road, and the lot around it.
