More bus route tweaks. ASU Main Entrance was closed and Appalachian Brian Estates was renamed to The Finmore.

APH was recently renamed to Mountain Laurel Hall. Add more stops to the Silver route and make it usable. Same for Blue.

Update surface type

Add a path through the parking lots for Speedway/Highland Hills/Fun 'n' Wheels. Additionally clarify access permissions around them all.

Add the Hickory Hop designation to the Peacock traffic circle stop.

Update the road surface for where Watauga River Road is gravel for the rest of its extent.

Add Doe Valley Store-All.

Add the offices on 166 Furman Road.

Add two thrift stores on Boone Heights.

Add more details to Willie Brooks BBQ.

Add the correct IPA pronounciation of Concord, NC; it's "con-cord", not "concord" (like conquered) as a navigation app (like Google Maps!) often says it.
