Seaton street here is marked as a cycle route, and the pedestrian underpass as a designated bike path. I don't remember and signs designating any of this for bicycles. Need to ground truth. The underpass is clearly designed for pedestrians only. It may be technically allowed for bikes in the basis of not technically being a sidewalk.

Crossing currently marked as "Cyclists Must Dismount". According to https://capitalbike.ca/new-bc-traffic-sign/ it will be replaced with one explicitly allowing cyclists to ride across "as soon as possible" so we should keep an eye out for that change on the ground.

Says this section of Saanich Road has been limited to 30, Other sections of Saanich, Boleskin, and Harriet to 40, need to ground truth.

I think this bus stop has been removed, need to check.

Why is this marked as a cycleway? It's not designated, it's clearly not built with cyclists in mind. Cyclists need to traverse it to reach the bike racks but it very much seems like the intent is that they should dismount and walk they bikes (although this is not explicitly signed either) This is bad, but lying and telling cyclists that there is a cycleway when there is just a steep, narrow footpath with a guard rail tight on one side and no room to pass is also bad. We should be mapping what IS there not what should be there or what we want to be there.

I think "Victoria Youth Clinic" is the same thing as "Foundry Victoria" and they've moved to the location on Yates. Their web site makes it kind of unclear which is the correct name.
