Can someone please fix the address on this location? addr:housenumber should contain a number, and only a number, not words.

The address I found online for this beauty salon is "Carr. 107 Ave Dr Pedro Albizu Campos km 4.0, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico". This seems to be one of these oddball addresses where they give a distance from the city center and a road name and expect you to figure it out. It's not something that fits easily into how addresses are usually entered into OSM. Can someone who understands Puerto Rico addressing offer insight and/or tag this correctly (i.e. in a manner Osmose, JOSM validator, and others will not flag with warnings)?

Is this a bridge, a ford, or is there a break in the water area itself?

Does the name actually change from West Walker Street to Walker Street (without the "West") here? Is there a sign denoting the change?

Does North 13th Street really lose the directional in its name going south from here?

Should this in fact be North 16th Street as well, as opposed to (no directional) 16th Street?
