1303 and 1305 Avenue AA probably should not be inside of a polygon for 1301 Avenue AA. Is there a better place to put 1301?

JOSM's validator reports duplicate addresses for all these buildings at 2752 Gaston Avenue. At minimum, the buildings should have refs or unit numbers to resolve the duplication. A better fix might be to remove the addresses from the buildings and add an address to a (residential?) landuse.
