Can someone please add specific opening hours for West Point Chiropractic Clinic?

Is this really open only one day a week for 3½ hours?

Are addresses east of 1st Street still FM 1960 East Bypass, even though it's no longer a bypass at that point?

Should this actually be State Highway 150 West? The original address data for Signature Envelopes had "Hwy 150 W".

Is this U-turn still under construction or has it been reopened?

Has this construction been completed yet?

Is this whole building 525 Sawdust Road, or does it have multiple addresses?

https://www.airnav.com/airport/66TA -- this says the heliport is closed indefinitely, and it appears to no longer exist. If it does in fact still exist, it needs to be moved to the proper location.

If you happen by here, could you please resurvey to confirm which credit cards are accepted? Is it all four of the "usual suspects" (Visa/MC/Amex/Discover) or are there some not accepted? Thanks!
