Great work!

Fictitious* ... having a bad spelling day apparently.

It's ficticious, I've deleted it.

Also, this bounding box suggests that a lot more than Houston has been edited.

Are there really two fire hydrants about five feet apart here? node/2349265437 added in changeset/16588482 is also nearby.

Why do the bounding boxes for these changesets include a huge chunk of the US?

Also the address and phone number were both entered incorrectly, and the location was completely wrong (I know about where the address should be and it's off by at least a mile). Please consult the wiki for proper formats for this data, and please only map things in the proper location.

Please comment your changesets with a summary of what you did going forward, so other mappers may better understand your edits.

Again, what is your source for the data?

What is your source for the data?

Also, ad copy / spam / rubbish definitely does not belong in description=*. I have removed it.

74662423 over 6 years ago

Please do not use changeset comments for ad copy / spam / rubbish. "Added new trampoline park location" is much more concise and useful.

If that's really what is going on, "Fix with Osmose" doesn't tell us that. "Prefix color codes with '#'" would.

74554048 over 6 years ago

This may have been done by people fixing warnings generated by iD itself. Pretty sure JOSM uses the lower-case "fixme" by default as well.

That makes sense. I usually tag opening_hours as the hours of the office on storage facilities. I'm not sure if there is yet an agreed upon tag for the hours for storage access; I may try to come up with one (using the same opening_hours syntax).

I did say "please". Some people simply do not understand how OSM tags work and/or do not realize there is more to the map data than that which is made visible by the default style; people do use the data to search for actual points of interest using those tags. I even told this user how to fix the issue going forward; shop=yes is usually a poor choice but in this case makes tons more sense than amenity=bar.

50929921 over 6 years ago

Tags are not "icons". Please do not tag something as amenity=bar that is not an actual bar. If it is a shop type you cannot find a specific tag for, use shop=yes. The data is in the database even if no "icon" shows up.

Hi, and welcome to OpenStreetMap.

In general, two ways tagged highway=* should not overlap. If a road has a sidewalk, use the sidewalk tag. Also, leisure=swimming_pool should cover the water area only, and a building=* way should cover only one building and be as close to the building outline as possible.
