over 6 years ago | This may have been done by people fixing warnings generated by iD itself. Pretty sure JOSM uses the lower-case "fixme" by default as well.
over 6 years ago | That makes sense. I usually tag opening_hours as the hours of the office on storage facilities. I'm not sure if there is yet an agreed upon tag for the hours for storage access; I may try to come up with one (using the same opening_hours syntax).
over 6 years ago | I did say "please". Some people simply do not understand how OSM tags work and/or do not realize there is more to the map data than that which is made visible by the default style; people do use the data to search for actual points of interest using those tags. I even told this user how to fix the issue going forward; shop=yes is usually a poor choice but in this case makes tons more sense than amenity=bar.
over 6 years ago | Tags are not "icons". Please do not tag something as amenity=bar that is not an actual bar. If it is a shop type you cannot find a specific tag for, use shop=yes. The data is in the database even if no "icon" shows up.
over 6 years ago | Hi, and welcome to OpenStreetMap. In general, two ways tagged highway=* should not overlap. If a road has a sidewalk, use the sidewalk tag. Also, leisure=swimming_pool should cover the water area only, and a building=* way should cover only one building and be as close to the building outline as possible.
over 6 years ago | Please do not glue areas to things like roads, footpaths, or railways. This makes certain edits much more difficult in addition to being technically incorrect data.
over 6 years ago | Address for church, which it turns out was already there. (This was so I knew where to merge the church node that used to be to the east.)
over 6 years ago | Computer shop and pet boarding facility. Not sure why it cut the description short
over 6 years ago | Oops, apparently this has more than Hawaii in it.
over 6 years ago | Please do not glue areas to highways. The way representing a road/highway is the centerline of the road and is separate from where a landuse, natural, etc area ends. (It is fine if landuse, natural, etc areas share nodes, though.)
over 6 years ago | That means a cuisine tag that I could not fix into something matching existing tagging standards. If you can fix it, please do.
over 6 years ago | There is no good reason for an edit halfway around the world from the US to be lumped in with two edits in California, US. The bounding box stretches across the southern US, Mexico, Central America, South America, a good chunk of Africa, and several other Asian countries. This interferes with use of the history function to see edits in an area.

over 6 years ago | Good first edits. Welcome to OpenStreetMap!
over 6 years ago | Hi and welcome to OpenStreetMap! Business locations should be added on the actual building location alongside the road, not on the road itself. I have moved the POI node for this business to a plausible location; if this is incorrect feel free to move it to the proper location. Thanks!

over 6 years ago | Hi, and welcome to OpenStreetMap! This looks great for a first edit from what I can see. The only change I might suggest is to specify the width in feet as opposed to meters since this is the US. Other than that, nicely done!
over 6 years ago | Hi, and welcome to OpenStreetMap! Please note that highway=living_street is rarely used in the US and has a specific meaning. These almost certainly should be highway=residental which is what I have changed them to. Also, highway=turning_loop set on a node does not have a name (it is understood to be the same name as the road it is a part of).
over 6 years ago | Hi, and welcome to OpenStreetMap! Please note that tags should be in mixed case (not all caps), road names should not be abbreviated, and the proper syntax for opening_hours in your case would start with Mo-Sa, not Mo-St.
over 6 years ago | Hi, and welcome to OpenStreetMap! If you are trying to add a swimming pool, you need to draw a separate closed way for the water area of the pool and tag it leisure=swimming_pool. The entire park is not a swimming pool and most data users will not be looking at the leisure_1 key anyway.
