|---|---|---|
about 6 years ago | What is your source for this data? Did you survey the area around this time?
about 6 years ago | Please do not include edits for Arizona and Florida in the same changeset. This makes it more difficult to see edits in the states in between.
about 6 years ago | Also, the changeset comment is so vague as to be effectively useless. It would really help to have descriptive changeset comments.
about 6 years ago | Hi, and welcome to OpenStreetMap! This looks good for a first changeset. Let me know if you have any questions, I have been mapping the Houston area for about seven years now. --Shawn
about 6 years ago | Please try to leave more descriptive changeset comments so we can more easily tell exactly what was edited. We can see this changeset was in Texas, so by itself a comment of "Texas" tells us nothing.
about 6 years ago | This obvious rubbish/joke edit was reverted in changeset/77439520.
about 6 years ago | These obvious rubbish/joke edits were reverted in changesets 77439432, 77439465, 77439476, and 77439498.
about 6 years ago | Again, "edit" tells us nothing and this is way too big of a bounding box, stretching clear across the Atlantic Ocean.
about 6 years ago | In that case, it would appear the main page is out of date and should be updated.
about 6 years ago | <timespan> is defined as (among others) <time> - <extended_time> meaning any closing time could be defined using an hour up to 48, with values past 24 referring to the following day. It doesn't just apply to events.
about 6 years ago | opening_hours=*/specification#selector:time Look at the definition for <extended_time>
about 6 years ago | 25:00 is legal syntax per the latest version of the specification on the wiki, and explicitly refers to 01:00 of the following day.
about 6 years ago | 1. Please don't make edits halfway around the world from each other without closing the changeset first. 2. Please use more descriptive changeset comments. Yes, we know they are edits. A comment of "edit" tells us exactly zero.
about 6 years ago | (This also included a couple of bus stops I had forgotten about in the changeset comment. Oops.)
about 6 years ago | Next time, please look for duplicate data on nodes before adding brand information to buildings. Duplicate information in the database can cause issues with certain programs which use the data.
about 6 years ago | Empty changeset made in error by Vespucci glitch. Data uploaded in changesets 77313299 and 77313383.
about 6 years ago | Hi, and welcome to OpenStreetMap! The name tag is used on highway=* ways for the signed name of the given road/path/etc. Unless it is actually named "Private Drive" it should be blank (along with adding a noname=yes tag). Also, highway=living_street is very rarely used in the US; you probably want highway=service instead.
about 6 years ago | Hi, and welcome to OpenStreetMap! This is a good first edit, but in the future, when there is an existing node for a church, shop, etc, it is better to merge this information into a building way rather than leaving the node with the duplicate information in place. (I did this just now.)
| 76936829 | about 6 years ago | Changeset comment should be: Update business info
JOSM somehow got the bright idea to just upload this before I could change these. |
about 6 years ago | What do the Walmart stores in Indiana have to do with a speed limit adjustment in Texas?
