Walked from Sheppard down to Transit Road. Right away there is RB-68 sign above this sidewalk -- No Pedestrians, No Bicycles. Then later at the intersection with Sheppard Station parking exists Sidewalk Closed sign.
My verdict -- it's a sidewalk, bikes are explicitly prohibited. I would say -- mark it as foot=private, bike=no.
