Trace main streets in Sepúlveda from PNOA and add names from Catastro, add some tourist attractions' names add a stop sign + one more drinking_water from survey

Add two drinking_water fountains and two stork nests, some missing streets in Sepulveda (still many to go) and highway=stops & give_ways, some more detail in Ermita de San Frutos.

Add a bunch of drinking_water fountains seen today, improve positions of some that I added years ago, add some playgrounds. Fix a footway node apparently accidentaly moved by someone.

Add the name also on the pedestrian part of the street (signposted)

Add a drinking water fountain, add a whole bunch of children playground from survey in this schematic repetitive neighbourhood + some restaurants, add a node at crossing roads, and a whole lot of pedestrian crossings and give_way signs from PNOA imagery.

Geometry fixes in imported buildings (josm validator) + some minor fixes like a point in a road accidentally moved far away.

Add three drinking water fountains and playgrounds spotted today, some basic POIs (banks, benches, the town hall, museum, parkings) in SS Reyes. Add plenty of pedestrian crossings from imagery.

This landuse=construction is now a restaurant. Some more crossings.

Name a street and a shopping mall based on a paper check, add crossings and parking aisles around, realign some very old data to current PNOA imagery.
