This used to be the home of the county sheriff who had a reputation for being mean; in the 1970s it became the Dharma Center, a place for Buddhist practices. People differ on whether the Dharma Center has been there long enough to erase the bad vibes of the previous owner.

This building is in 2014 operating under the name The Foundry Theater.
