The entire path is blocked off due to a major construction site. A narrow bypass was created on the river bank.
Signeage suggests cyclists dismount, but this is not legally binding. However, since the path is narrow and slightly tilted towards the river bank, it is not really safe to cycle here, despite many people doing it (because it's the only way into town without cars).

Add traffic calming measures.

North of here, the western sidewalk was changed from bicycle=designated to bicycle=no. I didn't manage to move the cycling route drawn here to the road, so this is a TODO. At the sime time, the separate path should probably be deleted.

Due to errors in OSMAnd routing I suggest the following:
- Turn-right arrows need to be moved to the correct positions and tagged with bicycle=yes.
- For this, a track for vehicles with zone access needs to be drawn west of the junction.
- Crossings need to be checked (i.e. between Police and Theater).
- Merging the street lanes south of the stop for tram 5 is weird and does not reflect the IRL situation at all. It also affects routing performance negatively due to crossings and turns that aren't there, and might result in user confusion due to nonsensical routing instructions.
Two lanes left and right of the tram tracks should be drawn. This seems to be in accordance with the wiki, as the paved markings near the tracks suggest a separation of spaces.
