updating some excellent looking canoe routes: removed relation tag from ways. added way tags (waterway=*/highway=*), added access tags (canoe=*/portage=*) and connected ways which were near connections.

converting this to waterway=link + canoe as it's more commonly used

this member looked a bit misplaced

converting to wateray=link as it does not appear to be marked with bouys and adding canoe access to the way which was missing it.
