Colgate Street is a one way going south, you can find a sign at work street and colgate street that says do not enter, cars should never be allowed to drive up this road

In the satellite imagery you can see cars parked facing south, I updated this segment to bi direction so that traffic can leave the parking lot after entering it.

In order for traffic to be able to leave the parking lot upon being routed into it, this segment must be bi direction, this change will allow it so cars can be routed out of it.
