Converted a point to the building that exists. I'm not 100% certain that it's still in use? It's looked abandoned for several years now, and K&O Railroad's website is down when I checked today.

As of last night I know there's a second story inside, with dartboards and other games. Don't recall seeing a second story when it was The Wild Rose, but I also hated the place then.

Updated from Kroger Pharmacy to Dillons Pharmacy to accurately reflect the branding that's there instead of the parent company's branding

Missed that Dillons has a more standard iD tag now, updated from Kroger (parent brand) to Dillons (local chain under the Kroger brand).

Added Extra Life Gaming and got Centennial Plaza's street address from their website. Still missing the other stores in this mall

KFC closed some time in 2021. A new restaurant's moved in, but they are not open yet. Marking as disused for now, I also removed brand tags and added that this is a 2-story building.
