Manually added a missing alley based on a MapWithAI suggestion

Added houses along Frontage Rd along with their associated garages/driveways and some fences.

Adding A&A Coors building

Finishing sidewalks over in the East 17th/Tallgrass area, I added a few driveways (and corresponding building outlines) so the sidewalks are connected to the rest of the routing network.

Adding that private garage

Micromapping the Chestnut Building a bit. Eventually I want to add nodes for the business in the building, but I only know Emprise Bank on the first floor off the top of my head.

Mainly fixing outlines for the Chestnut Building and Fox Theater, also aligning the buildings along Main from 10th to 12th properly

Minor fix from local knowledge: That is the Kansas Merci Boxcar and it's within Veteran's Memorial Park

Adding tags to the tree rows along 13th noting they're evergreen needle-leaved trees

Micromapping a bit around 11th and 12th St downtown

Cleaning up some messy building outlines I did ages ago, the block East of Main on 27th St is basically one long even line and same for Main between 10th and 11th.

Sadly The Brass Rail closed this weekend after ~70 years in business. Filled in the building:levels from intimate local knowledge, including Hays Post source for the end_date.
