Whoops, wasn't quite done with Hays sidewalks! This big changeset is the missing sections of Milner. Still need to complete part of 7th St and most of Allen St that I can see so far.

So... Sore Loser Tattoo moved downtown and changed names, and somewhere at the end of September a new store called Club Liquor moved into the old building.
