Took a shot at the car wash next to Osaki based on the in-construction aerial imagery and my knowledge of the area. I think there are more parking aisles missing from the East side of the car wash, but I don't have aerial imagery for them

So those two parts definitely didn't connect, there was a slight height difference and a concrete barrier! I've separated them now. I also added the 4 overhead fire truck doors and 7 overhead ambulance doors

Grass has grown over the dirt tracks and this alley does change to paved halfway through. Updated tags and split the alley in half to reflect this, although in the future I may remove the grass portion as there is no longer a defined path there.
