As noted in the Notes field, Scholtzky's closed a few years back and another restaurant's come and gone in that half of the building since then. This half looks empty when driving by, but the other half's still a convenience store. Added "disused:" prefix

Added the house off the corner of Sherman and 43rd and split Sherman Ave so that the private drive section is not marked as part of the street.
